This Astromodus Affiliate Program Agreement, together with any program rules, commission terms, partner dashboard terms, and policies referenced herein, governs participation in the Astromodus affiliate program.
This Agreement is entered into between Bons Websistemes SL, a company registered in Andorra, with its registered address at AD400, Andorra, Arinsal, Mas de Ribafeta 3, operating the Astromodus service under the name “Astromodus”, and the individual or legal entity accepted into the affiliate program as a partner.
By submitting a partner application, creating a partner account, using an affiliate link, using a promo code, or otherwise participating in the Astromodus affiliate program, the Partner agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
Astromodus means Bons Websistemes SL and the Astromodus website, products, services, applications, partner dashboard, affiliate tools, and related materials.
Partner means an approved affiliate, influencer, creator, media buyer, performance marketer, content website, blog, affiliate program directory, review site, or other participant accepted by Astromodus into the affiliate program.
Customer means a user who visits, registers with, or makes a payment to Astromodus after being attributed to the Partner through an approved affiliate tracking method.
Referred Customer means a Customer attributed to the Partner through an affiliate link, affiliate parameter, approved promo code, or another tracking method approved by Astromodus.
Referred Partner means a partner who applies to and is accepted into the Astromodus affiliate program through the Partner’s affiliate link or another approved tracking method.
Affiliate Link means a link containing the Partner’s affiliate parameter or another identifier issued or approved by Astromodus.
Promo Code means a personal promotional code issued or approved by Astromodus for use by a Partner’s audience.
Partner Dashboard means the online account area, if available, where the Partner can access affiliate links, promo codes, statistics, balances, payout information, and other program tools.
Commission means the affiliate reward payable to the Partner under this Agreement, subject to the applicable commission rate, attribution rules, payout restrictions, refund period, fraud checks, and other terms of this Agreement.
2. Enrollment and Acceptance
Participation in the Astromodus affiliate program is subject to review and approval by Astromodus.
To apply, the Partner must provide accurate and complete information requested in the partner application, including name, country, partner type, email, password, and information about the Partner’s channels, audience, traffic sources, and promotional methods.
Astromodus may accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any application or partner account at its sole discretion, including where the Partner’s traffic sources, content, business practices, or promotional methods are unsuitable for the program.
The Partner must keep all account, contact, payment, tax, and channel information accurate and up to date.
3. Partner Types
3.1 Influencers, Creators, Media Buyers, Content Websites, and Blogs
Partners who directly promote Astromodus to an audience may be eligible for first-tier commissions on payments made by Referred Customers.
These Partners may receive an Affiliate Link and, where approved by Astromodus, personal Promo Codes for their audience.
3.2 Affiliate Directories and Review Sites
Affiliate program directories and review platforms may be eligible for second-tier commissions on the earnings of Referred Partners.
For directories and review sites, only link tracking is available unless Astromodus expressly approves another method in writing.
4. Affiliate Tools and Tracking
Astromodus may provide the Partner with one or more affiliate tools, including Affiliate Links, affiliate parameters, Promo Codes, partner dashboard access, creatives, statistics, and other materials.
The Partner must use only affiliate tools issued or approved by Astromodus and must not modify, hide, manipulate, or interfere with tracking mechanisms.
4.1 Affiliate Link Tracking
The Partner may add the affiliate parameter issued by Astromodus to approved Astromodus links.
Registrations and payments from visitors who click through the Partner’s Affiliate Link may be attributed to the Partner, subject to the tracking rules, cookie duration, overwrite rules, fraud checks, and other terms of this Agreement.
4.2 Promo Code Tracking
Where Astromodus issues a Promo Code to the Partner, Customer payments may be attributed to the Partner when the Customer enters the Promo Code at checkout, even if the Customer did not click the Partner’s Affiliate Link.
Promo Codes may provide a discount to the Customer and a Commission to the Partner. The applicable Commission rate may depend on the Promo Code terms.
4.3 Cookie Duration and Overwrite Rule
After a visitor clicks an Affiliate Link, the Partner’s affiliate identifier is attached to the visitor for a period of 30 days.
If the visitor later visits Astromodus using a different affiliate identifier before completing an attributed action, the previous affiliate identifier may be overwritten by the new affiliate identifier.
Astromodus’s tracking records, partner dashboard data, and internal systems are the primary basis for determining attribution and Commission eligibility.
5. Commission Structure
5.1 First-Tier Commission for Referred Customers
Eligible Partners may earn a lifetime Commission of up to 30% on payments made by Referred Customers.
A Referred Customer is attached to the Partner according to Astromodus tracking records, and the Partner may receive Commission on that Customer’s payments across the Customer’s transaction history, subject to this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated by Astromodus, where no Customer discount applies, the first-tier Commission may be up to 30% of eligible Customer payments.
Where a Promo Code provides a Customer discount, the Partner’s Commission rate may be reduced according to the Promo Code terms. For example, where the Customer receives a 10% discount, the Partner’s Commission may be 20% of eligible Customer payments.
5.2 Second-Tier Commission for Referred Partners
Eligible directories and review sites may earn 10% of the earnings of Referred Partners who sign up through the Partner’s Affiliate Link.
Referred Partners may be attached to the Partner according to Astromodus tracking records, subject to this Agreement and any fraud, abuse, or compliance checks.
5.3 Eligible Payments
Commissions are calculated only on payments that Astromodus determines to be eligible, valid, successfully received, and attributable to the Partner.
Unless Astromodus states otherwise in the Partner Dashboard or in writing, Commissions are not payable on:
- refunded payments;
- chargebacks;
- cancelled, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions;
- payments generated through prohibited traffic, self-referrals, artificial activity, spam, or abuse;
- taxes, duties, payment processing charges, app store fees, banking fees, currency conversion costs, or other third-party charges;
- transactions that cannot be reliably attributed to the Partner according to Astromodus tracking records.
Astromodus may adjust, reverse, withhold, or deduct Commissions where a payment is refunded, charged back, reversed, disputed, or determined to be ineligible.
6. Pending Period and Payouts
After a Customer payment is made, the related Commission remains in pending status for 14 days from the payment date.
After the pending period ends, the Commission may become available for withdrawal, provided that the payment has not been refunded, charged back, disputed, reversed, or otherwise deemed ineligible.
To receive a payout, the Partner must refer at least 3 Customers who have made a payment.
The minimum payout request amount is 100 USD.
If the Partner’s affiliate balance is below 100 USD, Astromodus may still pay the balance if the Partner cancels participation in the affiliate program, subject to this Agreement and any compliance checks.
Astromodus currently offers affiliate payouts by bank transfer to an IBAN account in euros and by USDT. PayPal payouts may be possible upon request to the Astromodus support team.
The Partner is responsible for providing accurate payout details. Astromodus is not responsible for losses, delays, failed transfers, incorrect transfers, banking charges, blockchain fees, exchange rate differences, or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete payout information provided by the Partner.
The Partner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, reporting obligations, registrations, invoices, and other legal or financial obligations arising from participation in the affiliate program and receipt of Commissions.
7. Approved and Prohibited Traffic
7.1 Approved Traffic
Subject to this Agreement, the Partner may promote Astromodus through lawful and truthful methods, including:
- content marketing;
- social media;
- blogs and niche websites;
- video content;
- newsletters, where recipients have lawfully consented to receive them;
- paid advertising, except as restricted in this Agreement;
- affiliate program directories and review sites, where applicable.
7.2 Prohibited Traffic and Conduct
The Partner must not engage in any prohibited traffic, misleading promotion, or abusive conduct, including:
- search ads on Google or Bing without Astromodus’s prior written approval;
- brand bidding on Astromodus or confusingly similar terms without Astromodus’s prior written approval;
- spam, unsolicited messaging, or unlawful email marketing;
- incentivized traffic, fake traffic, bots, click farms, paid-to-click schemes, or artificial registrations;
- self-referrals or use of the program mainly to obtain a personal discount;
- cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, browser extensions, adware, malware, spyware, or unauthorized tracking technologies;
- misleading claims about Astromodus, its products, pricing, discounts, availability, results, or customer benefits;
- impersonation of Astromodus or creation of websites, pages, ads, profiles, or communications that may be confused with official Astromodus channels;
- use of Astromodus trademarks, logos, domain names, misspellings, or similar marks in a way that is misleading or not approved by Astromodus;
- promotion on websites or channels containing illegal, hateful, discriminatory, violent, pornographic, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content;
- any activity that violates applicable law, platform rules, advertising network policies, or this Agreement.
Astromodus may reject traffic, withhold Commissions, suspend the Partner account, or terminate this Agreement if the Partner uses prohibited traffic or otherwise breaches this Agreement.
8. Promotional Obligations
The Partner must promote Astromodus honestly, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, consumer protection rules, platform policies, and disclosure requirements.
The Partner must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required by law or platform policy.
The Partner must not make any guarantee of results, income, personal outcomes, astrological accuracy, compatibility results, life changes, medical outcomes, psychological outcomes, legal outcomes, financial outcomes, or other professional outcomes.
The Partner acknowledges that Astromodus materials, forecasts, interpretations, recommendations, and other content are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The Partner must not state or imply that Astromodus has endorsed the Partner’s content, business, advice, opinions, or services unless Astromodus has expressly approved such endorsement in writing.
9. Astromodus Materials and Intellectual Property
Astromodus may provide the Partner with trademarks, logos, screenshots, links, descriptions, creatives, texts, promo materials, and other materials for the purpose of promoting Astromodus.
Astromodus grants the Partner a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use approved Astromodus materials solely for participation in the affiliate program and solely in accordance with this Agreement.
Astromodus retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Astromodus, the Astromodus brand, website, services, software, content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property.
The Partner must not register, purchase, or use any domain name, social media handle, advertising account, keyword, app, business name, or other identifier that includes Astromodus, a misspelling of Astromodus, or any confusingly similar term without prior written approval from Astromodus.
The Partner must promptly remove or update any Astromodus materials upon request by Astromodus.
10. Partner Account Security
The Partner is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the Partner’s account credentials, password, payment details, and dashboard access.
The Partner is responsible for all activity under the Partner account, whether authorized or unauthorized, unless caused by Astromodus’s proven fault.
The Partner must notify Astromodus promptly if the Partner suspects unauthorized access, security compromise, incorrect tracking, or incorrect payout information.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
The Partner must comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, cookie, electronic communications, advertising, and marketing laws.
The Partner must not collect, process, disclose, or transfer personal data in connection with Astromodus promotions except in a lawful, transparent, and secure manner.
Where the Partner collects personal data from users before referring them to Astromodus, the Partner is independently responsible for providing all required notices, obtaining all required consents, and honoring all applicable data rights.
The Partner must not represent that the Partner is collecting personal data on behalf of Astromodus unless Astromodus has expressly authorized this in writing.
Use of Astromodus by Customers is also subject to the Astromodus Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
12. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Customer Payments
Astromodus may offer refunds to Customers in accordance with its Terms of Use, refund policy, payment provider rules, app store rules, and applicable law.
If a Customer receives a refund, chargeback, reversal, or other payment adjustment, the corresponding Commission may be cancelled, reversed, deducted, or withheld.
Astromodus may determine, at its discretion, whether a Customer payment is eligible for Commission after considering refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, abuse checks, payment provider data, and internal tracking records.
13. Fraud Review and Compliance Checks
Astromodus may review the Partner’s traffic, referrals, registrations, payments, conversion patterns, payout requests, content, ads, websites, and other promotional activity for fraud, abuse, risk, or non-compliance.
Astromodus may request additional information from the Partner before approving a payout, including identity, business, traffic source, tax, invoice, bank, wallet, or compliance information.
Astromodus may delay, withhold, reduce, reverse, or refuse any Commission or payout if Astromodus reasonably believes that the Commission arose from fraud, abuse, prohibited traffic, breach of this Agreement, breach of law, or unreliable attribution.
14. Relationship of the Parties
The Partner is an independent contractor and is not an employee, worker, agent, representative, distributor, franchisee, partner, joint venturer, or legal representative of Astromodus.
The Partner has no authority to bind Astromodus, make promises on behalf of Astromodus, sign contracts on behalf of Astromodus, or create obligations for Astromodus.
The Partner bears all costs and risks of the Partner’s promotional activities, including advertising costs, content production costs, platform fees, agency fees, taxes, and business expenses.
15. No Guaranteed Earnings
Astromodus may provide examples, estimates, averages, calculators, or statistics for informational purposes.
Actual Partner earnings depend on many factors, including traffic quality, audience fit, geography, conversion rates, Customer behavior, refund rates, payment eligibility, and compliance with this Agreement.
Astromodus does not guarantee that the Partner will earn any amount, receive any minimum number of referrals, or achieve any specific conversion rate or payout.
16. Changes to the Program
Astromodus may modify the affiliate program, Commission rates, tracking methods, Promo Code terms, payout methods, payout thresholds, eligibility requirements, program materials, prohibited traffic rules, and this Agreement from time to time.
Astromodus may notify the Partner of changes by posting updated terms, updating the Partner Dashboard, sending an email, or using another reasonable method.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If the Partner does not agree to updated terms, the Partner must stop participating in the affiliate program and may request cancellation of participation.
17. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins when the Partner is accepted into the affiliate program or first uses affiliate tools, whichever occurs earlier, and continues until terminated.
The Partner may stop participating in the affiliate program at any time.
Astromodus may suspend or terminate the Partner’s account or this Agreement at any time if the Partner breaches this Agreement, violates applicable law, uses prohibited traffic, engages in fraud or abuse, damages the Astromodus brand, creates legal or reputational risk, or otherwise acts in a way that Astromodus considers harmful to the program.
Astromodus may also terminate the affiliate program or the Partner’s participation for convenience by giving notice where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination, the Partner must immediately stop using Affiliate Links, Promo Codes, Astromodus materials, trademarks, logos, and any statements suggesting participation in the affiliate program.
If termination is due to fraud, abuse, prohibited traffic, or material breach, Astromodus may withhold or cancel unpaid Commissions.
If termination is not due to fraud, abuse, prohibited traffic, or material breach, Astromodus may pay eligible accrued Commissions in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable payout rules.
18. Disclaimers
The affiliate program, Partner Dashboard, tracking tools, statistics, links, Promo Codes, and related materials are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Astromodus does not warrant that the affiliate program, Partner Dashboard, tracking tools, statistics, links, Promo Codes, services, or websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available at any particular time or location.
Astromodus does not warrant that any tracking, reporting, conversion, payout, or promotional result will meet the Partner’s expectations.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astromodus and its creators, owners, developers, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, advertising costs, or other intangible losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astromodus’s total liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the affiliate program shall not exceed the unpaid eligible Commissions owed to the Partner for the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnification
The Partner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astromodus and its creators, owners, developers, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- the Partner’s breach of this Agreement;
- the Partner’s promotional activities;
- the Partner’s websites, ads, content, emails, social media posts, messages, or other communications;
- the Partner’s violation of applicable law, platform rules, advertising rules, privacy laws, or consumer protection laws;
- the Partner’s infringement or misuse of intellectual property or third-party rights;
- fraud, spam, prohibited traffic, misleading claims, or unauthorized use of Astromodus materials.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andorra, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Astromodus’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
22. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Astromodus Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Partner Dashboard terms, commission terms, and any written terms issued or approved by Astromodus, constitutes the entire agreement between Astromodus and the Partner regarding participation in the affiliate program.
If there is a conflict between this Agreement and any informal promotional materials, this Agreement and the terms shown in the Partner Dashboard will prevail, unless Astromodus expressly states otherwise in writing.
